As a species, human beings have always been at the forefront of evolution. Our ability to adapt and thrive in various environments has been key to our survival. One of the most significant factors in our evolution has been our diet.
Contrary to popular belief, the idea that human beings are herbivores is pretty much nonsense. The main reason why we became what we are today is because we started eating meat and getting better access to protein through cooking it. By harnessing fire, we were able to cook meat, which allowed us to get more nutrients from it. Additionally, through hunting, we started getting more devious and started thinking and having better critical skills.
In fact, it is estimated that 95% to 97% of the population of the planet Earth eats meat. This is in stark contrast to the vegan movement, which is very loud and vocal, but represents a small percentage of the population. Some argue that the vegan movement is trying to make it look like a massive movement for processed foods, which is not good for anyone.

It is true that processed foods and sugar are bad for everyone. However, the reason why people are so fat is not just because of these foods. It is a combination of factors, including carbohydrates, fat, sugar, and massive portions, as well as sedentary lifestyles.
I am currently experimenting with a meat-only diet for the month and so far, the results have been astounding. My energy levels have been consistent and there have been no fluctuations. I believe that this is a great way to improve one’s health and well-being.
The idea that human beings are herbivores is not supported by scientific evidence. Our ancestors evolved to eat meat and it continues to be a vital part of our diet today.
